Qualifications
- Proven experience as a painter, including experience with painting equipment, such as hand tools, power washers, and paint sprayers.
- Comfortable working at heights, including on ladders and scaffolding.
- Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques with aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of painting materials and how to select, mix and apply them.
- Must be willing to travel and attend training programs off-site for occasional professional development.
- Must own a vehicle that can move equipment, paint, and ladders as needed, with a driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
- Must own a cell phone and be able to utilize company softwares for time clocks, scheduling, and project information.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and be a US Citizen or have a green card.
